According to statistics from domestic and international sources, accidents caused by violations of operational procedures by specialized operation personnel account for about 80% of the total number of accidents in production and business units. Therefore, strengthening the technical training and assessment of specialized operation personnel is crucial for ensuring safe production.
In situations requiring elevated work involving standing on ladders for extended periods or heights, elevated forklift operations can be applied for. Prior to using a forklift for elevated work, a permit must be obtained from the safety team. With the safety team's approval and their presence on-site, the operator must stand inside the cage, with no more than two people allowed. The cage must be securely fastened to the forks, and a safety harness must be worn before operation.
