Special Equipment Operators refer to individuals who operate boilers, pressure vessels, pressure pipelines, elevators, lifting machinery, passenger cableways, large amusement facilities, and mobile vehicles within factories or sites, as well as their relevant management personnel.

How to Renew Special Equipment Operation Certificates? Prepare the following documents and apply to the local special equipment safety administration department.

1. Age 60 and under.

2. One copy of the "Application Form for Re-examination of Special Equipment Operators": Please fill it out completely, ensure its authenticity and validity, and it must be stamped by the company. (Attach one of the two submitted photos to the form.)

Recently, please provide two 2-inch color front-facing ID photos with a plain white background.

4. Special Equipment Operator Certificate: ①Original: Must be stamped with the employer's official seal and signed by the legal representative. ②One copy: Including the name page, the page of examination passed items, and the employment record page.

5. Certified Period Safety Education and Training: Original copies of safety education and training records with validity are required, and must be sealed by the organization. The contents include training time, location, content, training organization, and instructor.

During certification period, engaged in the certified project: The duration of interruption in the operation of the certified project during the re-examination period shall not exceed 12 months. A certificate must be issued every 12 months, with the company seal.

7. No records of misconduct: No illegal,违规, or operational misconduct records, no accidents caused. Must be stamped by the unit.
