Electrical Engineer Certification Training Goals
To meet the needs of manufacturing industry for informatization and intelligent application, through intensive training, cultivate professionals in the field of mechatronics equipment manufacturing and automation production line application. Capable of manufacturing, installation, debugging, and technical support for mechatronics equipment; capable of operating, maintaining, and repairing automation production lines; able to install and maintain inverters and PLC programmable controllers; upon graduation, able to meet the employment demands for electrical engineering and maintenance installation in large and medium-sized enterprises.
Electrical Engineering Theory Training
1. Production Basics; 2. Electric Shock Accidents and First-Aid on the Scene; Anti-electric shock Techniques; 3. Electrical Fire Prevention and Explosion Prevention; Lightning and Static Electricity Prevention; 4. Basic Electrical Knowledge; Electrical Instruments and Measurement; Electrical Tools and Identification; 5. Electrical Tools and Portable Electrical Equipment; Low-voltage Electrical Equipment; 6. Electricians are divided into five levels. Skills include: electrician IC cards issued by the Bureau of Human Resources, which is a basic level, and those issued by the Human Resources Bureau include basic (Level 5), intermediate (Level 2), and (Level 1). The profession belongs to the technical level, not administrative, but recognizes that the treatment is the same as administrative staff, including salary, housing, etc., equivalent to assistant, Level 2. Assistant (Basic), Professorial, Researcher (equal to Professorial).

Beginners in electrical engineering should start with the basics and consider purchasing a foundational textbook. Additionally, you can watch educational videos on electrical engineering topics produced by universities online. Basic theories are crucial, and understanding various electrical control theories is essential. Gaining proficiency in system theories within about a year is feasible. The key to electrical engineering is practical experience; theory is important, but hands-on work is paramount. The prerequisite is a strong passion for electricity, as this will accelerate your progress. With the rapid development of electrical automation, equipment is being replaced and updated quickly, so the skills you learn may become obsolete tomorrow. Therefore, continuous learning is necessary. A solid foundation in English is also vital; otherwise, dealing with maintenance, programming of imported equipment, and the use of various software will be quite inconvenient in the future.

If you're new to the electrical industry, you'll need to take the electrician exam. An electrician's license is now a prerequisite for entering the field, and anyone wishing to work as an electrician must have one. It's a highly skilled job, so taking the certification seriously is important. Currently, training programs and certification timelines vary by location, generally taking about three months. The course content differs, as does the total training time, so please choose a training program that suits your needs based on the specific arrangements of the training center.
