Hongda ZDP Vibration Platform:

The ZDP series vibration platforms are widely used in metallurgy, mold/food, chemical, building materials, and other industries. These vibration platforms are utilized in the production process to transform granular and powdered materials from loose form to block-like or shaped forms.

Key features of the ZDP series vibration platform (vibration densifier):

The vibration motor serves as the excitation source, featuring low noise, low power consumption, and simple maintenance.

3. High power, large surface; power up to 2.2kW x (4-5), vibration force 120KN, capable of supporting 12T sand box weight, load capacity can be designed and manufactured up to 15T.

5. Adjusting the position of the vibration motor can achieve 3D vibration, suitable for complex mold castings.

6. Infinite variable speed during the molding process ensures a firm texture without damaging the model.

Technical specifications of the ZDP series vibration platform (vibration densifier):

1. Industries using vibration platforms: lost foam casting, concrete filling, material packaging filling, manufacturing of architectural decorative panels, and vibration consolidation for refractory material industry molds.

2. Select highly according to customer industry requirements: up and down vibration, horizontal vibration, and a combination of up and down with horizontal vibration.

3. Select the vibration platform's power source based on the weight of the material or sand box it carries, such as vibration motor drive, motor with exciter drive, or electromagnetic drive.

4. Select between variable frequency or frequency tuning control based on the vibration platform's required vibration frequency.

5. Vibration platform shock absorbers typically include: steel spring damping, rubber spring damping, air spring damping, and rossta spring damping. Choose according to the actual working conditions used.

6. Prior to powering off the vibration platform, it is common to experience a significant晃动（usually more common with vibration motors driven platforms）, which is a normal occurrence. If the customer requests an immediate shutdown, reversing the motor's power connection is typically a viable option.
