The working principle of the bending machine mainly includes steps such as straightening, feeding, bending, and cutting of steel bars.
Straightened Reinforcement: The steel bars are first passed through a straightening mechanism, where they are adjusted by multiple straightening rollers to ensure they are straight and free of bends.
2. Steel Reinforcement Feeding: After being straightened, the steel bars are fed into the feeding mechanism. The lower guide wheels are positioned by the screw and nut mechanism and clamped down by springs to secure the steel bars. The feeding motor drives the guide wheels to rotate, conveying the steel bars into the bending mechanism.
3. Curved Reinforcement: Once the steel rebar reaches the designated position, the bending motor activates, driving the turntable to rotate. The stoppers on the turntable block the rebar, bending it to the required angle. By adjusting the bending points and the position of the stoppers, various shapes of stirrups can be processed.
4. Cutting Reinforcement Bars: After bending is completed, the electric shear or hydraulic cutting mechanism activates, cutting the shaped reinforcement bars, thereby completing one processing cycle.
5. Control System: The fully automatic bending machine is controlled by PLC or CNC system, with pre-input processing parameters to achieve automated operations of straightening, sizing, bending, and cutting, ensuring processing accuracy and efficiency.
Through these steps, the bending machine efficiently and accurately processes steel rebars into various shapes of ties, meeting the needs of construction and bridge projects.
