Silicone oil drum heating belts utilize the soft and flexible characteristics of silicone heating plates, with pre-drilled holes on both sides for metal buckle fastening using spring clips on drums, pipes, and tanks. Installation is easy and quick. The heating plates can be tightly adhered to the heated area with the tension from the springs, ensuring rapid heating and high thermal efficiency. The heating belts facilitate the easy removal of liquids and solids from within the drum, such as adhesives, oils, asphalt, paints, waxes, oils, and various resin raw materials. By heating the drum, the viscosity is evenly reduced, easing the pump's workload. Thus, this device is season-independent and can be used year-round. Sensors are installed on the surface of the heating belts to directly control the temperature through temperature regulation.

Oil drum heating tape is used for heating, temperature maintenance, and insulation of drum-shaped equipment such as tanks, pipelines, etc. It can be directly wrapped around the heated area, making installation and removal convenient. It is particularly suitable for paraffin dissolution and preventing waxing of oil products in winter.

The surface temperature of the heater when suspended in a stationary air of 20 degrees is 150 degrees Celsius.
