Application Range: Building, refrigerated warehouse, and warehouse floor heating; inclined ramp heating and roof defrosting.

 Features

(1) Excellent heat resistance. The entire product utilizes silicone rubber as an insulating thermal conductive material (including power cables), with an operating temperature range of -60 to ±200°C.

(2) Excellent thermal conductivity: Generates heat upon passing, enabling direct thermal conduction for high thermal efficiency and short-term heating to achieve the desired effect.

(3) Reliable electrical performance: Each electric heating tape undergoes rigorous DC resistance, immersion high-voltage, and insulation resistance tests before shipment to ensure quality.

(4) Strong structure with high flexibility and ease of bending; integrated with the overall cold tail section without any joints. Reasonably designed for easy installation.

(5) Highly customizable; heating length, wire length, rated voltage, and power are determined by the customer.

Product Structure

Heating wire conductors consist of two sections with a cross-sectional area of 0.75.㎡Tin-plated copper wire.

The isolation layer is manufactured using an extrusion method for silicone rubber.

3- High-tensile alloy wire spiral and silicone rubber surface form the heat-generating core.

Product Specifications

Voltage 36V-240V, user-determined.

(1) 25W/m, withstands AC 3500V, with a long limit of 65 meters.

(2) 40W/m, withstands AC 3500V, with a long limit of 50 meters.

(3) 50W/m, withstands AC 3500V, with a long limit of 44 meters.
