Section 3: Precautions for using RDG type silicone rubber electric heating tape:

1、During installation, the silicone rubber flat side of the electric heat trace should be firmly attached to the surface of the medium pipe or tank, and secured with aluminum tape.

2、To minimize heat loss, a secondary insulation layer should be added to the outer surface of the electric heating tape.

3、No overlapping or tangled installation is permitted to prevent overheating and damage. Also, samples can be customized according to customer requirements (specifications, dimensions), with high-pressure resistance and dielectric strength up to 20,000V/min.
