The instrument pipelines in power plants, such as main steam flow, outlet steam pressure, drum saturated steam pressure, and reheater inlet steam pressure, are prone to freezing and blocking in winter due to their small diameters. Therefore, power plants now commonly use electric heat tracing to keep the pipelines warm. However, leaks may occur at valve or transmitter interfaces, causing the pipeline temperature to rise significantly, sometimes reaching 600 degrees. As a result, standard electric heat tracing cables or heating cables cannot be used normally on such pipelines.
