1. The bridge conduit extends over building expansion joints and straight sections exceeding 30 meters. At the locations where compensation devices are installed, the conduit should be connected at both ends with soft copper conductors, allowing for expansion and contraction. For vibration-prone areas, spring rings should be installed at the connection points for grounding.
2. Zinc-coated cable bridge supports can be connected using zinc-coated junction plates to form an integrated structure. Zinc-plated spring washers are added to the two connecting bolts at both ends of the junction plates.
3. For bridge structures involving painting, powder coating, and spraying of other insulating materials, soft copper wire should be used for cross-connection. The bolts for the cross-connection should be galvanized, and at the contact points between the cross-connection wire terminals and the bridge, both the insulating coating should be removed and anti-rust conductive grease applied. Alternatively, you may entrust the manufacturer to weld copper washers on the bridge to ensure reliable cross-connection between cable bridges.
