PP Spray Tower: Also known as a washing tower, acid mist purification tower, gas-liquid absorption tower, tower-type spray nozzle, reaction bed tower, etc.
Spray towers are commonly used equipment for acid mist waste gas purification, often generated during the production process./Alkaline gases are drawn into the high-efficiency packed tower by the power of the induced draft fan. Absorption liquid is sprayed evenly over the packing material from nozzles at the top of the tower, forming a liquid film on the packing. As the gas flows through the voids of the packing, the large mechanical strength, corrosion resistance, high porosity, and large surface area of the packing allow for a greater contact area and reaction time between the exhaust gas and the absorption liquid. The purified gas, which contains some moisture, is then passed through a mist removal device at the top of the tower to remove the moisture before being released into the atmosphere. The waste water falls to the circulating pool under its own weight and is recycled after being treated with chemicals. Sediments should be periodically removed, transported, and processed.
