Color steel glass tiles

Color steel琉璃tile is formed by pressing colored steel plates horizontally through a color steel forming machine. The colored steel plates can be divided into many types, but broadly, they can be categorized into roofing materials and wall panel materials. Color steel琉璃tiles are generally used as roofing materials, laid on roofs constructed with steel structures, ensuring both the architectural aesthetics and extending the building's lifespan.

Structural steel buildings offer the advantage of resource conservation. Load-bearing walls are constructed using various steel shapes (such as C-shaped and Z-shaped steel), followed by composite panels for the exterior walls. The roof is made with colored steel glazed tile panels.

Production equipment for colored steel glazed tiles is entirely made of cast iron and steel. The bottom is constructed with H-shaped steel as the base, with two support frames mounted above, arranged in multiple rows. There is a certain distance between each row to accommodate the axis for the press mold. Designers design the corresponding axes based on the shape of the sheet. Each axis is connected to the next by a chain drive, and an additional reducer is used to drive it. The reducer is controlled automatically by a PLC system. The length of the colored steel glazed tile sheets can be controlled according to demand, resulting in ideal sheet sizes.
