System Function Introduction

Measure the spectral transmittance ratio of glass, calculate color parameters such as TAM1.5, Y, x, y; and L*, a*, b* color differences.

2. Output results include transmission ratios for continuous spectral range from 380nm to 1100nm, sunlight (AM1.5) and photovoltaic efficiency integral transmission ratios, visible light spectral transmission ratios, and L*a*b* color coordinates.

3. The system features both manual and automatic measurement modes. In manual mode, the measurement status of each measurement point can be controlled on the computer. After the glass is placed, pressing the measurement button will measure the spectral transmission ratio at that point; in automatic measurement mode, the probe measures several points on the glass according to pre-set parameters.

4. Display spectral curves and target curves, capable of overlaying the curves and calculating the difference, with the ability to set tolerance bands.

5. Display historical trend curves for color parameters, and set tolerances and alarm bands.

6. Display a list of historical data for color parameters and their deviations.

7. All measurement data is saved in a database format, allowing for database query operations. Data can be exported to software like EXCEL for further processing, and can store any number of standard curves.

8. Data can be easily backed up manually to prevent accidental loss.

9. Print color parameter trend data lists, print spectral data and curves, print screen images, and print vertical monitoring data curve distribution charts.

10. All measurement control operations in the system can be completed on the main control computer (some functions can be controlled by buttons).
