3. Rapid Test Speed: The test can be initiated immediately after startup. It features a multi-chamber, split-body, dual-balance structure with a constant-temperature drying device. Volatile matter testing is conducted independently. The moisture, ash, and volatile matter can be measured in any combination or individually. Simultaneously testing the three parameters of 24 samples can be completed within 90 minutes (rapid method).

4. High Automation: Equipped with advanced computer real-time communication and adaptive control technology, the high-precision imported electronic balance is integrated internally. Combined with an automatic weighing mechanism controlled by stepper motors, it offers various flexible sample weighing solutions, automatic constant weight processing, data processing, report printing, and storage.

5. Easy and Safe Operation: No manual intervention is required for picking up and placing crucible lids, sending and retrieving samples during the testing process. Simultaneously, an imported cylinder is used to control the opening and closing of the lids on the water and ash sections, achieving automatic control of the instrument's cooling to avoid the dangers of high-temperature radiation and burns, ensuring unattended operation.

6. Accurate Temperature Control: The round well-shaped high-temperature furnace features uniform temperature field distribution. Optimized processes prevent the disturbance of the temperature field caused by frequent opening of the furnace door in the continuous production line. Advanced PID temperature control algorithms ensure accuracy within ±1°C.

7. Features automatic power-off memory function: In the event of a power outage during testing, the testing system automatically saves all current test status information, allowing the test to resume from where it left off upon restart, without losing completed test data or scrapping untested samples.

8. On-site Report Design: We can design the corresponding test report format on-site according to customer requirements, without the need to modify the software.

9. Classic Structural Design: Proprietary weighing and sample delivery mechanism, enhancing speed in weighing and sample delivery, reducing testing time; no mechanical arm or sliding track devices to prevent accidents such as falling crucibles, misalignment, or breaking crucibles during the delivery process.

10. Hot Balance Weighing Technology: Utilizes a proprietary thermal insulation mechanism to ensure a stable and undisturbed working environment for the internal balance. With a single weighing pan, there's no need to frequently move samples between the combustion and weighing pans. Perform buoyancy calibration using a blank crucible under the same atmosphere environment, avoiding the issue of inconsistent crucible temperatures on the production line that can cause weighing errors; multiple weighing methods are available.

11. Versatile: Quiet air compressors can be chosen to provide compressed air for actuating pneumatic devices and combustion assistance, eliminating the need for any bottled gases.

12. Equipped with smart terminal functions, offering various network access methods, and integrating with the data interaction center to achieve data sharing, enabling real-time data upload to the management system.
