A full painting line typically consists of several core units:

• Pre-treatment Area: The "bathhouse" for workpieces. It includes degreasing (oil removal), water washing, surface adjustment, and phosphatizing (and other processes), which are designed to remove oil and rust, and form a conversion film on the metal surface to enhance the adhesion of the paint film.
• Moisture Drying Zone: Ensures thorough drying of the surface moisture from pre-processed workpieces, preparing them for painting.
• Spray Area: The "Makeup Room" for Workpieces. It can include:
• Manual Spray Station: Workers operate spray guns for painting.
• Automatic Spray Station: Utilizes robots or reciprocating machines for automated spraying, ensuring consistency and efficiency.
• The leveling area: After spraying, allow sufficient time for the solvents in the paint film to evenly evaporate, enabling the paint film surface to level automatically, thus preventing defects such as orange peel and pinholes.
• Curing and Drying Zone: The "oven" for workpieces. The paint undergoes chemical reactions through heating (hot air, infrared, radiation, etc.), fully curing to form a hard paint film.
• Conveyor Systems: The "artery" of the entire production line. Common types include suspended chains, ground chains, roller chains, and shuttle cars, etc.
• The Purification Supply Air System: Provides clean, temperature and humidity-controlled air to the painting room and leveling area, ensuring a dust-free environment.
• Waste Gas/Wastewater Treatment System: An Essential Environmental Solution, Handling VOCs (Volatile Organic Compounds) produced from painting processes and pre-treatment wastewater.
