Stabilized Soil Mixing Station Series: WCB300-800

The WCB300-800 type stabilized soil mixing station is a specialized mixing equipment independently researched, developed, and produced by our company, integrating advanced technologies from both domestic and international markets. It can utilize materials such as quicklime, hydrated lime (with moisture content between 10-15%), soil, sandstone, fly ash, and cement to produce base materials like cement-stabilized sand and gravel, lime-soil stabilized base materials, and compressible concrete. The production capacity ranges from 300t/h to 800t/h, with measurement methods available in volumetric and computerized systems, and motor speed control options including variable frequency and electromagnetic control. This equipment caters to various gradation requirements and can meet diverse construction needs; it is managed throughout the process by computer control technology. The system offers manual and automatic selection, requiring only one operator for the entire unit. It is widely used in the mixing construction of base stabilizing materials for high-grade highways, urban roads, airports, seaports, and other engineering projects.
The main components of the equipment consist of:
1. Ingredient Supply System: Bulk storage silo, variable speed (frequency conversion) belt scale, belt conveyor; electromagnetic variable speed belt scale, capable of stepless speed adjustment.

2. Cement Material Supply System: Cement silo (cement hopper), variable speed (frequency conversion) screw conveyor, and weighing screw electronic scale.
3. Automatic Water Supply System: Submersible pumps, pipelines, regulating valves, and sprinklers.
4. Mixing System: Motor reducer, twin-axle continuous mixer. The mixer features a衬板-free structure, maximizing the gap between the mixing blades and the tank. As the mixer operates, an immobile mixed material layer forms within this gap, which acts as a lining on the tank, protecting it from wear. Additionally, it reduces the wear on the mixing blades. The mixing blades are made from a special wear-resistant material.
5. Finished Material Storage System: Dual-discharge storage silos, inclined belt conveyors, and air compressors.
6. Electrical System: Operation Control Cabinet, Operation Room.
7. Measurement and Control Systems: Utilizing electronic components from renowned domestic manufacturers, electromagnetic (variable frequency) speed regulation, and microcomputer control with both manual and automatic operation forms.
