How to Improve the Screening Accuracy of Vibrating Sifter

To enhance the separation accuracy of a vibration sieve, there are typically three methods:

1. Reducing the amount of feedstock results in less material on the screen surface, thereby decreasing the screen's load and improving the screening efficiency.

2. Material grading is implemented, for instance, when the particle size of the material is less than 60 mesh, the target material is between 60 mesh and 30 mesh, and the accuracy must exceed 95%. At this point, a 40-mesh sieve can be added on top of the 30-mesh sieve for an initial grading, which reduces the strength of the 40-mesh sieve in separating the material, thereby enhancing the grading accuracy of the material.

3. By utilizing an ultrasonic vibration sieve, the high-frequency vibration of the ultrasonic waves increases the number of times the material moves across the sieve surface, thereby enhancing the precision of the material separation, especially for materials between 60 to 200 mesh sizes.
