4. Filling Requirements: Please use a fountain pen or a ballpoint pen, ensuring the handwriting is neat and clear.

5. Hazard Management: For issues identified that cannot be rectified immediately, report to the fire safety manager, develop a corrective action plan, specify the measures and deadlines for rectification, eliminate the hazards within the specified time, implement preventive measures to ensure safety during the rectification period, and record the details in the fire hazard rectification log book.

6. This record should be kept properly for inspection by public security and fire departments, as well as supervisory authorities.
