SCPS is Suntree Co.ntrol and Protective Switching Device (CPSD) - Abbreviation for Control and Protective Switching Device, representing a new product in low-voltage electrical equipment. It complies with standard GB/T 14048.9 and IEC60947-6-2, which is Part 6 - Section 2 of Low-Voltage Switchgear and Controlgear - Multi-purpose equipment - Control and protective switching devices.
The first-generation control and protection switches are larger in size, utilizing dual-metallic strip technology for protection; while the second generation addressed the size issue, the protection technology did not see significant breakthroughs. It wasn't until the mid-1990s that the third-generation products emerged, featuring microelectronics as the protection technology. Our company's developed SCPS series control and protection switches are part of the third generation, which has enabled new advancements in control and protection switch technology through the application of new microelectronics.

Features and Applications
The 1SCPS utilizes a modular single product structural design, integrating the comprehensive functions of circuit breakers (fuses), contactors, overload (or overcurrent) protectors, under-voltage, phase loss protectors, isolators, and other electrical components. It features remote automatic control and on-site direct manual control, with panel indicators and electromechanical signal alarm functions. It also boasts coordinated time-current protection characteristics, including reverse-time, timed, and instantaneous three-section protection features. By selecting optional function modules or accessories as needed, it can control and protect various motor loads and distribution loads.
SCPS is primarily used in power systems with a frequency of 50Hz (60Hz), rated voltage up to 400V, and current ranging from 0.16A to 125A. It is designed to make, carry, and break the current under normal conditions, including specified overload conditions, and can also make, carry, and break the current under specified abnormal conditions, such as short-circuit current.

It is also ideal for motor control and protection in industries like metallurgy, coal mining, steel, petrochemicals, ports, ships, and railways, especially for Motor Control Centers (MCCs) and intelligent electrical control systems or high-interrupting capacity SCPS (if the Ics is required to reach 50kA for distribution control systems). Additionally, it is used for single motor control and protection in factories or workshops, as well as in remote-controlled lighting systems.
