Transformer Oil Filtration Machine Operation Steps

Proper operation of transformer oil purifiers is crucial for ensuring effective filtration and equipment safety. Mastering the operational steps can significantly enhance work efficiency and ensure stable operation of electrical equipment.

Prior to operation, thoroughly inspect all components of the oil filter. Confirm that the power connection is normal, check for any damage or leaks in the oil pipes and valves, and ensure the filter element is not clogged. Verify that the vacuum system is properly sealed. Additionally, match the transformer oil type with the compatibility of the oil filter and prepare protective gear.

During the formal operation, first start the oil pump, then slowly open the oil inlet valve to allow transformer oil to flow smoothly into the oil filter. Once the oil fills the pipeline, activate the vacuum system, adjust the vacuum level to an appropriate range, and use negative pressure to accelerate the separation of moisture and gases. Throughout this process, monitor the pressure and vacuum gauge readings to ensure stable parameters. The multi-layer filtration system will simultaneously intercept impurities in the oil. If an abnormal increase in pressure is detected, the machine should be shut down immediately to replace the filter element.

Upon completion of oil filtration, first close the inlet valve, then continue to run the oil filter for a few minutes to drain any remaining oil from the pipeline. Subsequently, sequentially shut down the oil pump and vacuum system, disconnect the power, and clean and maintain the equipment, recording data such as the filtration time and quantity of oil processed. The entire operation must strictly adhere to safety protocols to prevent accidents caused by improper operation or from affecting the quality of the filtration. Standardized operating procedures are a powerful guarantee for the efficient operation of transformer oil filter machines.
