Advantages of PP Melamine Sheets:
1. Excellent mechanical properties; impact strength is 3 to 5 times that of other films, and good bend resistance.
2. Resistant to oils, fats, dilute acids, and alkalis, and most solvents.
3. Features excellent high and low temperature resistance, suitable for long-term use within a temperature range of 120°C. Short-term use can withstand up to 150°C, and can endure low temperatures as low as -70°C, with minimal impact on its mechanical properties at both high and low temperatures.

Points to Note about Mela Sheets:
1. Crease
Some Mylar sheets require creasing (usually after die-cutting), and creasing inevitably results in indentation; if the indentation is too deep, there's a risk of damage at the indentation, and it may also affect the safety insulation of the entire unit; some Mylar sheets require a backing adhesive. To facilitate the application of the adhesive, manufacturers make indentations on the Mylar sheets for alignment; similarly, the indentations should not be too deep and must not puncture through.
2. Adhesive Backing
Mylar sheets are a type of soft film. To enhance assembly processability, the backside of the mylar can be coated with adhesive. The material commonly used is 3M double-sided tape, which is not only widely applicable but also... If lower temperature resistance is required, the adhesive can be 3M-9448A. For higher temperature resistance, the adhesive can be 3M-468MP.
