PC Board Engraving
Based on customer-provided drawings or product samples, we carve using imported PC boards as the base material. Our company has introduced large-scale CNC carving machines with precision down to 0.07mm, capable of cutting various shapes on sheets up to 1300mm x 2500mm. We can produce flat squares, round holes, and multi-angle holes, meeting various technical processing requirements for panels, enclosures, and windows.

The company has introduced PC board cutting equipment, which offers precise and stable cutting dimensions with minimal error. We can provide various sizing cutting services for PC panels, PC frosted boards, PC embossed boards, PC sheet materials, etc., according to customer requirements. Standard PC board sizes are 1000mm*2000mm and 1220mm*2440mm, and we can also produce to size or cut as per customer specifications.

PC Sheets, Plate Bending
The impact strength of the polycarbonate sheet reaches 3 kg/cm. It can withstand a fall of two meters without cracks when struck by a hammer under 3 kg, earning it the nicknames "unbreakable glass" and "resounding steel." The impact resistance of the PC board allows it to be cold-bent into shape at room temperature and can also be heat-bent. Our company has large bending machines and oven equipment, capable of cold-bending and heat-bending shaping within a 2.5-meter diameter of the PC board. The polycarbonate sheet can be cold-bent on-site according to the design drawing to install arches, semi-circular roofs, and windows. The minimum bend radius is 100 times the thickness of the sheet.
PC boards do not become brittle at -100℃ and do not soften at 135℃; their mechanical and physical properties remain unchanged in harsh environments. The boards maintain stability in all physical properties within the range of -40℃ to 120℃. After 4000 hours of artificial climate aging test, the yellowness degree is 2, and the light transmission reduction is only 0.6%.
PC Board Anti-Dew: The material's inner surface does not condense dew at an outdoor temperature of 0°C, indoor temperature of 23°C, and indoor relative humidity of 80%.
