PC Board Engraving
Based on customer-provided drawings or product samples, we engrave using imported PC boards as the substrate. Our company has introduced large-scale CNC engraving machinery with a precision of 0.07mm, capable of cutting various shapes on boards up to 1300mm*2500mm in size. We can accommodate various flat square holes, circular holes, and multi-angle holes to meet the technical processing requirements for panels, enclosures, and windows.

PC Sheets, Plate Bending
The impact strength of the polycarbonate sheet reaches 3 kg/cm. It can withstand a fall of two meters without cracking from a hammer weighing less than 3 kg, earning it the nicknames of "unbreakable glass" and "resounding steel." The impact resistance of the PC board allows for cold bending forming at room temperature, as well as hot bending. Our company has large bending machines and oven equipment, capable of cold and hot bending forming on PC boards up to 2.5 meters. The polycarbonate sheets can be cold-bent on-site according to design plans, installed into arches, semi-circular roofs, and windows. The minimum bending radius is 100 times the thickness of the sheet.

PC boards possess properties such as impact resistance, heat resistance, cold resistance, and weather resistance, making them widely used in the manufacturing of automotive parts, equipment, aerospace, electrical appliances, and lighting fixtures. PC & PMMA processing technology:
PC and PMMA sheet processing techniques include: PC sheet cutting, CNC processing of PC and PMMA sheets (cutting, drilling, slotting, carving), bending of PC and PMMA sheets (cold bending, hot bending), heat forming of PC and PMMA sheets, stamping of PC and PMMA sheets, bonding of PC and PMMA sheets, polishing of PC and PMMA sheets, printing on PC and PMMA sheets, and deep processing such as vacuum forming, blow molding, and injection molding.
PC boards do not become brittle at -100℃ and do not soften at 135℃; in harsh environments, their mechanical and physical properties remain unchanged. PC boards can maintain the stability of all physical indicators within the range of -40℃ to 120℃. After 4000 hours of artificial climate aging tests, the yellowness degree is 2, and the light transmittance reduction is only 0.6%.
Anti-condensation for PC boards: When the outdoor temperature is 0°C and the indoor temperature is 23°C with an indoor relative humidity of 80%, the inner surface of the material does not form condensation.
