PC Sheets, Plate Bending
The impact strength of the polycarbonate sheet reaches 3 kg/cm. It can withstand a fall of two meters from a 3 kg hammer without any cracks, earning it the nickname of "unbreakable glass" and "resounding steel." The impact resistance of the PC board allows for cold bending and shaping at room temperature, as well as hot bending. Our company owns large-scale bending machines and oven equipment, capable of cold bending and hot bending shaping for PC boards within 2.5 meters. The polycarbonate sheets can be cold-bent on-site according to the design drawings to create arches, semicircular roofs, and windows. The minimum bending radius is 100 times the thickness of the sheet.


PC Board Engraving
Based on customer-provided drawings or product samples, we carve using imported PC boards as the base material. Our company has introduced large-scale CNC carving machines with precision down to 0.07mm, capable of cutting various shapes on boards up to 1300mm x 2500mm. We offer a range of processing services including flat holes, round holes, and multi-angle holes to meet the technical requirements for panels, enclosures, and viewing windows.

PC, PMMA processing technology:
PC and PMMA sheet processing techniques include: PC sheet cutting, CNC processing of PC and PMMA sheets (cutting, drilling, slotting, engraving), bending of PC and PMMA sheets (cold bending, hot bending), heat forming of PC and PMMA sheets, blanking of PC and PMMA sheets, bonding of PC and PMMA sheets, polishing of PC and PMMA sheets, printing on PC and PMMA sheets, as well as deep processing such as vacuum forming, blow molding, and injection molding.
PC boards do not become brittle at -100°C, do not soften at 135°C, and show no significant changes in mechanical properties in harsh environments. The board maintains stability in physical properties between -40°C and 120°C. After 4000 hours of artificial climate aging test, the yellowness is 2, and the transmittance reduction is only 0.6%.
PC board anti-condensation: When the outdoor temperature is 0°C, the indoor temperature is 23°C, and the indoor relative humidity is 80%, the inner surface of the material does not condense.
