Hollow blade-shaped fan

The aerofoil-shaped fan blades of the cooling tower are made of aluminum alloy by hot extrusion, with a hollow wing-shaped cross-section, featuring light weight, high air volume, low noise, excellent balance, and long-lasting without corrosion or deformation. Compared to fans of the same model made from other materials, the air volume of the fan is 20% higher at the same speed. The aerofoil fan diameters available range from 1200MM to 8000MM. The blades come in two widths: 260mm and 350mm, and three blade counts: 3, 4, and 6. The center hole diameter can be customized according to the motor or reducer configuration. High-strength hollow aluminum wings are used, with the main shaft made of ￠36-50 40cr alloy material with a hardness of 30°, total length ≥ 1/2L, ensuring no cracking at high wind pressure and high speed. Multiple U-shaped clamps with diameters of 14-16mm are used for fixation, allowing the blades to be adjusted in angle and securely fastened according to the selected air volume. The variety is diverse, with flexible combinations: air volume ranges from 20,000m³/h to 900,000m³/h, and the main shaft hole diameter is ￠28-￠80. Suitable for any type of cooling tower, widely used in square cross-flow cooling towers, square (circular) counter-current cooling towers, and evaporative condensers, etc.
