Cooling Tower Fan Blades

The aerofoil-shaped fan blades of the cooling tower are made of aluminum alloy by hot extrusion, with a hollow wing-shaped cross-section, featuring light weight, high air volume, low noise, excellent balance, and long-lasting without corrosion or deformation. Compared to fans made of the same model with other materials, the air volume of the fan is 20% higher at the same speed. The aerofoil fan diameter is available from 1200MM to 8000MM. There are two widths of blades, 260mm and 350mm, and three blade quantities: 3, 4, and 6. The center hole diameter can be customized according to the motor or reducer configuration. High-strength hollow aluminum wings are used, with the main shaft made of ￠36-50 40cr alloy material with a hardness of 30°, with a total length ≥ 1/2L, ensuring no cracking under high wind pressure and high-speed operation. Multiple U-shaped clips with diameters of 14-16mm are used for fixation, allowing the blades to adjust angles and securely fasten the fan blades based on the selected air volume. The variety is diverse and the combinations are flexible: air volume ranges from 20,000m3/h to 900,000m3/h, with main shaft holes from ￠28 to ￠80. Suitable for any type of cooling tower, widely used in square cross-flow cooling towers, square (circular) counter-current cooling towers, and evaporative condensers, etc.
