Cooling Tower Filler

Filler is an essential component of the cooling tower, with its efficiency largely determined by the extent of contact between the cooling water and air within the filler. The filler can withstand temperatures from 50℃ to 68℃, is resistant to aging, boasts excellent performance, is UV-resistant, and has a long service life.

The role of the filling material in the cooling tower is to increase heat dissipation, prolong the residence time of the cooling water, expand the heat exchange area, and enhance the heat exchange rate. It ensures even water distribution. It is not about placing something that needs to be cooled into the tower. A cooling tower is a device that cools down hot fluids (including water) to a reasonable temperature. Waste heat generated during industrial production or refrigeration processes is typically carried away by cooling water. The function of the cooling tower is to exchange heat between the cooling water carrying waste heat and the air inside the tower, transferring the waste heat to the air and dissipating it into the atmosphere. The application range of cooling towers includes air conditioning cooling systems, refrigeration series, electric furnaces, injection molding, leather making, power generation, steam turbines, aluminum profile processing, air compressors, and industrial water cooling fields.
