Glass fiber reinforced plastic cooling tower with distributor The distributor is a water distribution device for medium and small-sized circular countercurrent glass fiber reinforced plastic cooling towers. It is a crucial component in the cooling tower. Its function is to evenly distribute water over the packing material, increasing the water-gas contact surface area, causing a portion of the water to evaporate, thereby removing heat and lowering the water temperature. Glass fiber reinforced plastic cooling tower water distributor composition: The water distributor is composed of two parts: a bearing seal assembly and a rotating body. The seal assembly used includes bearing sleeves set on the upper part of the distributor, which are connected to the cover and base plate at the top and bottom, respectively. This arrangement allows the bearings within the seal assembly to match with the central shaft. The base and the body are connected to form the rotating part of the water distributor through a connecting rod. A water-stop device is also set on the shaft body between the seal assembly and the body, altering the bearing's exposure to recirculating water impact, effectively preventing rust due to moisture, ensuring normal operation, and extending the service life of the overall unit. Glass fiber cooling tower water distributor operating principle: Cooling water enters through the inlet pipe and flows into the distributor, then through the spray holes on the distributor to form a water stream, which is sprinkled onto the packing in the cooling tower. Due to the small diameter of the spray holes, the water stream has a certain velocity. According to the principle of action and reaction, the distributor is subjected to a force opposite to the direction of the water stream, causing it to rotate and continuously distribute the water stream over the packing in the tower. The water adheres to the packing surface in a film-like manner, increasing the water-air interface. Air flows in the opposite direction to the water stream inside the tower for heat exchange, causing some of the water to evaporate, carrying away heat and thereby reducing the water temperature.
