Hollow blade-shaped fan

Cooling tower fan blades are made of aluminum alloy hot extruded to form an aerofoil cross-section, which is light in weight, high in airflow, low in noise, and excellent in balance and durability without corrosion or deformation over time. Compared to fans of the same model made from other materials, these fans have a 20% higher airflow at the same speed. Available in diameters ranging from 1200MM to 8000MM, the fan blades come in two widths: 260mm and 350mm, and three blade counts: 3, 4, and 6. The center hole diameter can be customized according to the motor or reducer configuration. The hollow aluminum aerofoil is used with a high-strength main shaft made from alloy material with a diameter of ￠36-50, hardness of 40Cr, and a total length ≥ 1/2L, ensuring it remains unbroken at high pressure and high-speed operation. The blades are secured using multiple U-bolt fasteners with a diameter of ￠14-￠16, allowing for flexible adjustment of angles and tightening of the fan blades based on the selected airflow. The variety is extensive with flexible combinations: airflows ranging from 20000m3/h to 900000 m3/h, with main shaft holes ranging from ￠28 to ￠80. Suitable for any type of cooling tower, they are widely used in square cross-flow cooling towers, square (round) counter-flow cooling towers, and evaporative condensers, etc.
