Hollow blade-shaped fan

The aerofoil type fan blades of the cooling tower are made of aluminum alloy hot extrusion, with a hollow wing-shaped cross-section, featuring light weight, high air volume, low noise, excellent balance performance, and long-lasting without corrosion or deformation. Compared to fans made of the same model with other materials, the air volume of the fan is 20% higher at the same rotational speed. The diameter of the aerofoil fan ranges from 1200MM to 8000MM. The blades come in two widths: 260mm and 350mm, and three blade counts: 3, 4, and 6. The center hole diameter can be customized according to the motor or reducer configuration. High-strength hollow aluminum wings are used, with the main shaft made of ￠36-50 40cr alloy material with a hardness of 30°, with a total length ≥ 1/2L, ensuring no cracking at high wind pressure and high speed. Multiple U-shaped clamps with diameters of 14-16mm are used for fixation, allowing the blades to adjust angles and securely fasten the fan blades according to the selected air volume. Variety and flexibility in combinations: air volume ranges from 20,000m3/h to 900,000 m3/h, with main shaft holes ranging from ￠28 to ￠80. Suitable for any type of cooling tower, widely used in square crossflow cooling towers, square (circular) counterflow cooling towers, and evaporative condensers, etc.
