Cutting head with drilling function
● Drilled Hole Cutting
It refers to cutting with automatic drilling capabilities, primarily by adding an all-in-one automatic drilling component to traditional water jet cutting machines. This is because water jet cutting smaller holes has low precision and efficiency. The combination of the automatic drilling assembly with a CNC water jet system enables functions such as automatic drilling, automatic feed, automatic chip removal, and pre-drilling before cutting, for smaller holes. It has the ability to complete cutting and drilling in one operation, enhancing product quality and production efficiency.
The pre-drilling feature before cutting is mainly used for multi-layer composite materials. Due to the characteristics of high-pressure water jets, it takes some time for the water jet to penetrate through the material from the surface before and during the drilling process. During the drilling process, non-multi-layer cast materials are unaffected, but they can have some impact on multi-layer cast composite materials, which may lead to delamination. In such cases, the pre-drilling feature can be used to create a hole as an entry point for cutting. This function is an excellent method for solving the issue of delamination during the cutting of multi-layer composite materials.

Automatic Laser Scanning Height Measurement
● Laser Height Scanning
Laser scanning height measurement features non-contact height measurement before cutting. Currently supports three height measurement methods:
Manual single-point height measurement
Automatic three-point height measurement
Automatic height scanning.
The effects of the first two are similar to traditional contact height measurement. However, the automatic scanning height measurement used here employs a new method that can automatically generate scanning paths based on preset workpiece information. During height measurement, the system automatically retrieves the baseline value at the starting point of the scanning path. It then performs high-speed continuous scanning along the preset path and provides accurate height information through laser sensor feedback.
Compared to traditional contact methods, laser scanning can significantly enhance detection accuracy. It also prevents damage to the workpiece and ensures a constant distance between the water jet cutting head and the workpiece surface.
Exchange Platform
● Description of Water Jet Cutting Machine with Exchange Platform:
The exchange platform is designed to save time in loading and unloading soft materials after cutting. We can place two workpieces at both the front and rear stations. Once a workpiece is cut at the front station, we can move another workpiece from the rear station to the cutting area. During the next cut, the operator has already unloaded and loaded the workpiece, allowing us to repeat this process over and over again.
Automatic Feeding System

The automatic abrasive feeding system is our company's recommended product. It features long-lasting sand supply, enhancing automation and reducing labor intensity.

Automatic Silt Removal System

● Introduction:
The abrasive material is automatically extracted from the groove, separating from water, reducing labor, and improving work efficiency.

Soft Water System

● Water Jet Softening Process Instructions:
Multiple compounds exist in tap water (such as calcium carbonate, carbonic acid). When the machine operates, the rise in temperature produces substances that cause chemical or physical reactions—what we call scale, which can shorten the lifespan of high-pressure systems and increase costs. Over the years, we have developed a system that addresses this issue. Should the quality of the water you supply be low, we are willing to recommend this optional component to you.
● Water Quality Requirements
Due to the presence of small particle impurities in the orifice that precipitate and corrode during the high-pressure water jet cutting process, affecting both the lifespan and precision of the equipment, it is necessary to treat the raw water supply equipment. Water quality requirements for high-pressure water jet cutting operations: deionized water. Basic requirements for high-pressure water jet cutting systems with water quality exceeding 0.5μm must remove impurities, as ordinary water contains not only a certain amount of fine solid particles but also many dissolved minerals, such as calcium carbonates, manganese, iron, and silicon dioxide, which not only reduce the nozzle's lifespan but also impact the cohesion of the jet, thereby decreasing cutting efficiency. Therefore, it is crucial to eliminate them.
