Gantry Structure Water Jet Cutting Machine
1. Overall gantry style
Water Jet Cutting Table Structural Features:
The casting beam and base on the Y-axis ensure precision and stability.
The bed frame and water tank are not removable. The whole machine's surface has been annealed (reduces 95% of stress) which is much better than VSR (reduces stress by 35%). This ensures precision and long-term stability.
The X and Y axes are equipped with high-precision ball screws and guides.
The water jet cutting platform features a high-rigidity structure for supporting heavy loads. Driven by servo motors, it ensures stable transmission for our clients. The X and Y axes are designed as fully enclosed, dust-proof. To ensure high precision and durability, we use HIWIN linear guides, TBI or German I+F ball screws, and Mitsubishi or Yaskawa servo drive systems.
Model YCWJ-L2515, cutting area of (X x Y) 2500mm x 1500mm.
This modular gantry water jet cutting machine is equipped with dual cutting heads.
Model YCWJ-L1010, our compact size with a cutting area of 800mm x 800mm.
2. Split-body gantry style
Water Jet Cutting Table Structural Features:

The bed frame and water tank are detachable, designed to reduce pressure on moving parts from water, sand, and machined components.
The Y-axis base is a unitary construction, easy to disassemble and assemble.
The X and Y axes are equipped with high-precision ball screws and guides.
