The machining center protective cover is made from high-quality 2-3mm thick cold-pressed steel plate, and can also be made of stainless steel upon request. The special surface polishing adds further value to it.

We offer corresponding guide rail protection types (horizontal, vertical, inclined, transverse) for all types of machine tools.

Our protective cover structures vary depending on the operating speed and guide rail. For speeds below 10m/min, we install polyamide or brass sliders.

Rollers are installed for speeds below 30m/min. Additionally, a cushioning system is required between the drive plate, chip scraper, and chip suction plate. The purpose of the slider cushioning system is to reduce collisions, noise, and friction.
