2. One method is thermal bonding. At a specific temperature, with the help of a special flux, the internal PVC frame can be firmly bonded to the external folding pages.

If the shield is used in a moderate temperature environment, this method can be chosen.

3. One type involves high-frequency welding of the outer PVC TPU coated fabric and the inner PVC frame using a high-frequency welding machine, offering high efficiency, rapid speed, and no need for additional adhesive.

This high-frequency welded guard* requires no maintenance and is waterproof, dustproof, oil-resistant, and acid-resistant.
