The automatic chip conveyor is primarily used for collecting and conveying various types of chips in roll, clump, or block form, as well as materials such as copper shavings, aluminum shavings, stainless steel shavings, carbon blocks, nylon, etc., which cannot be handled by magnetic chip separators.

Widely used in various CNC machine centers, combined machine tools, and flexible production lines. Also serves as a conveying device for stamping, cold heading machine small parts, and is applied in sanitation and food production conveying to improve the operating environment and reduce labor intensity.

Enhancing the overall automation level, the chain plate can be custom-made in either stainless steel or cold-rolled steel, as per customer requirements.

Chopper-type chip conveyor features

1. The scraper屑chute is compact and high-efficiency; it is suitable for conveying chips of copper, aluminum, cast iron, etc. The scraper width is versatile, offering flexibility in matching and effective application.

Robust scraper assembly with high strength, precise fit, stable and quiet operation, torque limitation set, effectively reducing damage caused by improper operation.

2. The scraper chip conveyor is made of A3 cold steel plate焊接 to the required thickness by customer specifications, assembled in an integrated structure with no leakage. It features gap plate filtration.

Equipped with self-cleaning bristles. Chains are made of 31.75mm or 50.8mm double-sided connections. The conveying scraper is made of 1Crl8 stainless steel and imported polyurethane rubber strips for assembly.

3. Blade thickness is determined as per requirement. Chains are connected to the blades using (stainless steel self-locking screws) for easy replacement. The bottom of the blade is made of 1Crl8 stainless steel (non-magnetic) plate, as specified by the customer.

Serving as an interlayer between the magnetic plate and scraper, the bottom is镶有Brazilian imported high-strength neodymium iron boron magnets.

Helical chip conveyor applications

The spiral chip conveyor is mainly used for conveying particles, powders, blocks, and rolls of metal and non-metallic materials cut during the mechanical processing process.

Ideal for placement in narrow spaces on CNC lathes, machining centers, or other machine tools. When used in conjunction with other chip removal devices, it can form chip removal systems of various structural types.

Types of Spiral Chip Remover

The spiral chip conveyors are available in two types: with core and without core. They are generally used in conjunction with other types of chip conveyors to transport iron chips collected from protective covers or workbenches to the chip intake of the conveyor.

The chips are then transported to the collection truck. Spiral chip conveyors can also be equipped with horns, directly expelling the waste chips out of the horn into the chip collection truck.

The spiral chip conveyor is easy to install, reliable in operation, and the feeding speed can be adjusted according to customer requirements.

Generally, there are three types.

Type A: Core propulsion with conveying slot; Type B: Core propulsion without conveying slot; Type C: No core propulsion (≤3000mm)

Magnetic Chip Removal Machine Product Description
