Spiral Chip Conveyor

The spiral chip conveyor is driven by a reducer to propel the rotating shaft with spiral blades forward (or backward), concentrating the material at the discharge port and into the designated position. The machine is compact in structure.

Compact design, easy installation and operation, minimal transmission parts, and extremely low failure rate, particularly suitable for machine tools with limited屑 removal space where other屑 removal methods are difficult to install.

We offer the following four types: 1) with a rotating shaft and chip collecting groove; 2) with a rotating shaft, no chip collecting groove; 3) without a rotating shaft, with chip collecting groove; 4) without core, no chip collecting groove, and can be combined with other chip removal devices for use.

1. Available in both horizontal and lift-height versions. Can be used individually or in a combination of multiple units. Simple structure, flexible installation.

2 Generally, for屑 removal at a normal level, a shaftless spiral can be used. For屑 removal with elevation, it's advisable to use a shafted spiral blade, and increasing the diameter of the屑 removal opening to enhance the strength of pushing屑 out is beneficial for屑 ejection.

3 Not suitable for removing elongated or fibrous chips. Spiral chip conveyor is compact and ideal for debris removal in narrow spaces. Available in various sizes and lengths.
