Screw-type chip conveyor features

1. The scraper屑 removal machine is compact in size and high in efficiency; it is suitable for conveying debris of copper, aluminum, cast iron, etc., with a diverse range of scraper widths, offering flexibility in matching and effective application.

Robust scraper assembly with high strength, precise alignment, and stable, quiet operation; torque limitation setting effectively reduces damage caused by improper operation.

2. The main body of the scraper屑 removal machine is welded using A3 cold sheet steel of the thickness specified by the customer, assembled into a whole without any leakage. It features gap plate filtration with an automatic self-cleaning brush.

The chain is made by a double connection of 31.75mm or 50.8mm. The conveying scraper is connected using 1Crl8 stainless steel and imported polyurethane rubber strips.

3. Blade thickness is determined as per requirement. The chain is connected to the blade using (stainless steel self-locking screws) for easy replacement. The bottom of the blade is made of 1Crl8 stainless steel (non-magnetic) plate as per the customer's specified thickness.

As an spacer between the magnetic plate and scraper, the bottom is lined with high-strength neodymium iron boron magnets imported from Brazil.

Spiral chip conveyors application

The spiral chip conveyor is mainly used for conveying particles, powders, blocks, and rolls of metal and non-metallic materials cut during the mechanical processing process.

Ideal for placement in narrow spaces on CNC lathes, machining centers, or other machine tools. When used in conjunction with other chip removal devices, it can form a chip removal system in various structural configurations.

Types of Spiral Chip Removal Machines

The spiral chip conveyor is available in core and coreless versions, typically used in conjunction with other types of chip conveyors.

The iron shavings collected from the guard or workbench are transported to the屑 conveyor's feed opening, and then conveyed to the collection vehicle by the屑 conveyor.

The spiral chip conveyor can also be fitted with a horn, allowing waste chips to be directly discharged from the horn into the collection vehicle.

The spiral chip conveyor is easy to install, reliable in operation, and the feeding speed can be adjusted according to customer requirements.

Generally, there are three types.

Type A: Core propulsion with conveyor channel; Type B: Core propulsion without conveyor channel; Type C: No core propulsion (≤3000mm)

Magnetic Chip Removal Machine Product Description

This device utilizes the magnetic force of a strong magnetic field generated by permanent magnet materials to adsorb chips onto the working magnetic plate of the chip removal machine, or particles in oil or emulsion.

Fine iron shavings with lengths of 150mm or less are separated and conveyed to the chip disposal location or chip box.

Can handle iron shavings in powdered, granular form, or less than 100mm in length, as well as non-welded particles; or separate debris from oil and emulsions, and convey them to the chip box.
