Suzhou Steel Conveying Chain

Suzhou steel cable conduits are generally used on machine tools and other machinery for cable, oil, gas, water, and air ducts, providing traction and protection.

Steel conduit's usage originated in Germany, and later was introduced and innovated domestically.

Steel cable conduits are now widely used on machine tools, protecting cables and enhancing the overall appearance of the machine.

Conveyor chains, rectangular metal hoses, protective sleeves, corrugated hoses, and sheathed metal hoses all fall under cable protection products.

Principles for Choosing Suzhou Steel Duct Cables:

1. Determine the chain plate height (hg) and conveyor model based on the support plate's large hole diameter (Dma).

2. The internal hole diameter of the supporting plate, D1, is approximately equal to d + 0.1d (rounded to the nearest whole number). Here, d refers to the outer diameter of wires, cables, liquid, and gas hoses.

3. Determine the bending radius of the chain for the support plate type based on the chain's functional requirements.

1) When the pipe fitting size of the pipeline is larger than the internal diameter of the support plate or frequent disassembly and maintenance is required, a split-type support plate can be selected.

2) When the chain needs to bear heavy loads of large pipes and cables, choose a high-strength, solid-plate type support plate.

3) When there is a wide variety of pipe and cable specifications, frame-type support plates can be used.

4. In cases where machine tool chain guides are restricted by conditions or affected by environmental factors, steel belt protective support plates are required.

5. Determine the width b1 of the support plate based on the number of installation conduits, thereby ascertaining the chain width B.

Steel Chain Specifications

Steel chains are categorized by structure into TL type steel chains and TLG type steel chains. By pitch, they are classified into types 45, 65, 75, 95, 100, 125, 180, 225, and 250.

The chain-link width can be customized to meet customer requirements, with a bending radius ranging from 50 to 800. There are three types of support plates available.

(1) When the chain needs to bear a large load of pipes and cables, choose a high-strength support plate—solid block type

(2) When the pipe joint size of the pipeline is larger than the internal diameter of the support plate or when frequent disassembly and maintenance is required, a split-type support plate can be chosen.

(3) When there are many specifications and types of piping to install, a support plate—frame type can be chosen.

The main body of the TL45 steel chain consists of components such as chain plates (chrome-plated high-quality steel), support plates (extruded aluminum alloy), and pin shafts (alloy steel).
