Plastic chain conveyor structure

(1) Duct chains resemble chains, composed of numerous individual links that rotate freely between each other.

(2) Chains in the same series have consistent internal and external heights and pitch, with variable internal widths and bend radii R available.

(3) Each section of the chain link is composed of left and right chain plates, as well as top and bottom covers. Each section of the drag chain can be opened for easy assembly and disassembly, without the need for wiring. After the cover is opened, cables, oil pipes, gas pipes, water pipes, and other components can be inserted into the drag chain.

(4) Separation strips are also available to divide the space within the chain as required.

Basic Parameters of Plastic Ducting:

Material: Reinforced nylon with high pressure and tensile load, good toughness, high elasticity, wear resistance, flame retardant, and stable performance at high and low temperatures, suitable for outdoor use.

The nylon content determines the chain's strength, wear resistance, and noise level during operation. The nylon content ranges from 5% to 17%, but does not exceed 19%. Generally, it is around 30%.

(2) Resistance: Resistant to oil and salt, with certain resistance to acids and alkalis.

(3) Speed and High Speed: The high speed can reach up to 5 meters per second, with high acceleration at 5 meters per second (actual speed and acceleration depend on operational conditions).

(4) Operating Life: Up to 5 million reciprocating movements under normal overhead operation (actual lifespan varies based on operating conditions).

Testing Method:

2. Parameter Verification

In the event of a malfunction, it is essential to promptly check the system parameters, which are typically stored in a bubble memory or in CMOS RAM that requires battery maintenance. Once the battery is depleted or due to external interference and other factors,

Individual parameters of the plastic conduit may be lost or altered, causing confusion and preventing machine tools from operating normally. At this point, the fault can be resolved by verifying and correcting the parameters.

3. Visual Inspection

It is a method used by maintenance personnel, where, during fault diagnosis, they observe and inspect one by one from the outside in. Pay attention to whether there are any missing parts.

4. Function Testing

The Functional Program Testing Method involves encoding the G, M, S, T, and F functions of a numerical control system into a functional test program using programming techniques, and then storing it on appropriate media such as paper tape and magnetic tape.

Run this program during the fault diagnosis of plastic conduit to quickly identify the potential causes of the failure.
