Another method is thermal bonding. At a certain temperature, with the help of a special flux, the internal PVC frame can be firmly bonded to the external folding pages.

Another option involves high-frequency welding of the outer PVC/TPU coated fabric and the inner PVC frame using a high-frequency welding machine, which is efficient, fast, and does not require any additional adhesive.

This high-frequency welded guard requires no maintenance and is waterproof, dustproof, oil-resistant, and acid-resistant.
