A fundamental component includes a PVC frame within each fold page, which serves as a support for stability. This frame can be tightly connected to the external fold page material through various processing methods.

1. A stitching method suitable for high-temperature work environments, utilizing a special thread for durability and strength even under load.

The PVC frame is stitched into place on each fold to reinforce and stabilize the shield. Meanwhile, a variety of materials are available for your selection.

2. One type is thermal bonding. At a certain temperature, with the help of a special flux, the internal PVC frame can be firmly bonded to the external folding pages.

If the guard is to be used in a moderate temperature environment, this method can be chosen.

3. One type involves high-frequency welding of the outer PVC/TPU coated fabric and the inner PVC frame using a high-frequency welding machine, which is efficient, fast, and does not require any additional adhesive.

This high-frequency welded guard* requires no maintenance and is waterproof, dustproof, oil-resistant, and acid-resistant.
