Product Description
The XPD3000 series inverters are a new product launched by Chipda, utilizing advanced space vector SPWM control technology. They feature high-performance power modules and DSP chips, an integrated current control loop, and external support for various expansion IO cards, PG cards (ABZ signals, in both two's complement and differential forms), and multiple expansion communication cards (expanding MODBUS, PROFIBUS DP, CANopen). The XPD3000 series inverters excel in controlling and adjusting the torque and speed of three-phase AC asynchronous motors, offering excellent dynamic characteristics and strong overload capacity, meeting customers' requirements for high-quality and reliable products. They are suitable for vector inverters in applications such as fans, pumps, and general mechanical loads.

Speed Tracking Function, compatible with fluid machinery equipped with rotating bodies such as fans and blowers.
Instant stop functionality, power outage measures for film production lines, etc., can eliminate the need for special equipment like UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply), and automatically compensate for instantaneous power outages upon detecting low voltage.
Energy-saving control technology
Energy-saving control with a variable-frequency inverter can achieve the operation of induction motors, stemming from the control driven by the inverter.
Easy-to-tune
Select the application type, simply choose the mechanical usage, and the appropriate parameters will be automatically set, eliminating the need for complicated parameter adjustments. This can shorten the trial operation time.
Dual-rated functionality, G/P combined for smaller machinery size.
A variable frequency drive is used, allowing for dual specifications: light load (120%) and heavy load (150%). Depending on the motor's application, a drive with a slightly lower capacity may be used.
Indeed reliable braking function
We offer three braking methods for selection: DC braking, flux braking, and energy dissipation braking.
Operated with excitation braking function, emergency braking is possible without any braking resistor.
Expanded built-in energy consumption dynamics, capable of emergency braking without braking resistance.
Increased the capacity of the built-in energy consumption braking IGBT; increasing the braking resistor can enhance the braking capability.

The inverter can be configured as either the master or slave unit.
Set as Master: You can choose the reference quantity to be synchronized from the reference frequency, operating frequency, or torque reference.
Set Slave Unit: Configure whether the slave unit follows the master unit's command execution.
Variable frequency drives support hanging control, enabling load distribution control under the same load for multiple motors.
