Principles of Processing

The principle of stainless steel sheet production involves polishing the stainless steel raw material with an abrasive liquid through polishing equipment on the steel plate surface, resulting in a smooth and shiny finish that is as clear as a mirror. The stainless steel mirror panel series is widely used in decorative construction, elevator decoration, industrial decoration, facility decoration, and other renovation projects.

The process of processing stainless steel mirror panels can be divided into two methods: general grinding and fine grinding. Which one produces a better mirror finish? This can be determined by assessing the brightness of the mirror surface, and the sand holes and grinding marks on the sheet must be minimal. Generally, when stainless steel sheets are processed using a polishing machine, the slower the speed, the more grinding stages, and this results in a good finish; when processing stainless steel sheets with polishing equipment, the first step is to abrade the sheet, then place the stainless steel sheet into the grinding liquid, where it is polished with eight different grit grinding heads. The grinding process primarily involves the surface treatment of the stainless steel sheet, a step without depth, mainly to remove the oxidation layer on the surface of the stainless steel sheet.

After completing the above process, simply wash and dry the product. Colorful stainless steel mirror panels are further colored on top of standard stainless steel mirror panels, and are now typically colored using vacuum ion plating technology. Additionally, patterns and designs can be etched into the mirror panels, resulting in various styles and styles of etched boards.
