304 Stainless Steel Decorative Sheet/Color Sheet/Titanium Plate

304 Stainless Steel Decorative Sheets/Color Sheets/Titanium Plates are increasingly in demand. Chinese colored stainless steel boasts the unique luster and strength of metal, along with a vibrant and enduring color palette. The colored stainless steel sheets not only retain the physical, chemical, and mechanical properties of the original color stainless steel but also offer superior corrosion resistance compared to the original color stainless steel.

Basic Introduction

Color stainless steel sheets have seen increasing applications in recent years due to their uniqueness. Now, they are widely used as decorative materials in buildings overseas, and color stainless steel sheets have become all the rage. Chinese color stainless steel combines the distinctive luster and strength of metal with a wide array of vibrant, enduring colors. These sheets not only retain the physical, chemical, and mechanical properties of the original color stainless steel but also offer enhanced corrosion resistance. As a result, since their introduction in the 1970s, they have been extensively utilized in the construction materials, chemical, automotive, electronics, and arts and crafts industries.

In commonly used prime color stainless steels, Austenitic stainless steel is an appropriate coloring material, yielding a satisfactory colored appearance. Ferritic stainless steel, due to the increased likelihood of corrosion in coloring solutions, results in less vibrant colors than the former. Low-chromium, high-carbon Martensitic stainless steel, with its poorer corrosion resistance, can only achieve dull colors or a black surface. It is reported that Austenitic stainless steel, after being colored using low-temperature surface oxidation treatment, maintains its colored luster without change when exposed to industrial atmospheres for 6 years, marine atmospheres for 1.5 years, immersed in boiling water for 28 days, or heated to approximately 300°C. Additionally, it can withstand general molding, drawing, bending, and work hardening processes. WiQ Industrial Design. China Currently, colored stainless steel is used not only for building exterior walls and window frames but also in many other fields. For example, black stainless steel sheets can be used to make solar thermal collectors, with an absorption rate of up to 91%-93%. In the field of arts and crafts, combining colored stainless steel with printing techniques, such as etching, grinding, and dot matrix methods, allows for the production of fade-resistant three-dimensional bas-relief murals and screens. Furthermore, using colored stainless steel to manufacture household appliances, kitchenware, kitchen equipment, and bathroom utensils is favored by consumers.

The colorful stainless steel sheets are now vibrant in color and make excellent decorative materials. They feature strong corrosion resistance, high mechanical properties, long-lasting color retention on the surface, and a changing hue with different lighting angles. Moreover, the colorful surface can withstand temperatures up to 200°C and has better salt spray corrosion resistance than standard stainless steel. The wear and scratch resistance of the colorful stainless steel sheets are comparable to that of foil-gold coatings. When bent to 90 degrees, the colored layer remains undamaged, making it suitable for use as wall panels, ceilings, elevator cabs, vehicle panels, architectural decorations, signs, and more, with wall decoration being a common application.

Some commercial buildings are already using this colored stainless steel sheet.

Colorful stainless steel sheets have become a dazzling group within the stainless steel series; we specialize in manufacturing colorful stainless steel vacuum镀膜titanium gold sheets, offering a full range of colors such as gold, champagne gold, black gold, gun black, silver white, silver gray, antique bronze, bronze, rose gold, purple gold, coffee gold, gem blue, rainbow, and tea color, etc. The material of the titanium gold sheets is stainless steel grades 201, 202, 304, etc.; surface finishes include 8K, 2B, BA, brushed, No.3, No.4; stainless steel plates, BA plates, 8K mirror plates, titanium gold plates, frosted plates, etched plates, embossed plates, etc.

1. The surface of colored stainless steel sheets can be treated with a new technique called fingerprint-resistant processing. This technique primarily employs nanolayer technology to form an extremely thin yet extremely durable protective layer on the surface of the colored stainless steel sheets. Since it prevents fingerprints from forming after human touch, it is also known as fingerprint-resistant colored stainless steel sheet. The fingerprint-resistant processing can be applied to various finishes such as mirror-finished, brushed, frosted, and etched stainless steel sheets, enhancing their anti-corrosion properties.

2. Color stainless steel plates offer strong molding capabilities, overcoming the drawback of wooden materials' lack of elegance in installation. Additionally, as a metal material, they possess superior flame-retardant, anti-mold, anti-corrosion, moisture-proof, and environmentally friendly properties. The colors are processed through vacuum ion plating, resulting in a rich and durable surface layer. Especially for brushed or sandblasted finishes, they exhibit better wear resistance compared to other surface textures.

4. Color-coated stainless steel sheets alter the fragile perception of wooden boards, offering greater durability and enhanced resistance to sinking for floor products compared to wood materials.

5. Materials like stone and wood are prone to mold or weathering when in contact with water for long periods in kitchens. Other metals are also not suitable for use in humid kitchen decor. Therefore, colored stainless steel is far more suitable for cabinet decoration. However, there are quality differences with this type of metal. The most commonly used are 201 and 304 stainless steel sheets, but the 304-grade sheets offer better rust resistance.

Categories

I. Categorized by Process

Electroplating

Electroplating; Galvanization: A process that employs electrolysis to deposit a metallic film on the surface of metal or other materials. It serves to prevent corrosion, enhance wear resistance, conductivity, reflectivity, and improve aesthetics.

B. Water Plating

A process method that, in aqueous solution, relies on the reductants within the plating bath to carry out chemical reduction reactions without an external power source, continuously reducing metal ions onto the autocatalytic surface to form a metal coating.

Fluorocarbon Paint

Coating primarily composed of fluoro-resin as the film-forming material; also known as fluoro-carbon paint, fluoro-coating, and fluoro-resin coating

D. Spray Painting

Spraying paint into a mist using compressed air and applying it to stainless steel plates, creating various colors.

II. Surface Appearance

Mirror panel (8K), brushed panel (LH), frosted panel, embossed panel, sandblasted panel, etched panel, embossed panel, composite panel (combination panel)

Colorful stainless steel mirror panels

8K board, also known as mirror board, is polished on the surface of stainless steel sheets using an abrasive liquid and polishing equipment, resulting in a clear, mirror-like sheen. It is then electroplated and colored.

2. Colorful brushed stainless steel sheet

Drawn Plate (LH), also known as hairline, due to its fine and straight lines resembling hair. The surface features a silky texture, a finishing process for stainless steel. It has a matte finish, with a subtle, almost invisible grain pattern when viewed closely, but not felt to the touch. It is more wear-resistant than standard glossy stainless steel and appears more upscale. The drawn plate comes in various patterns, including hairline (HL), snowflake sand (NO4), crosshatch (random grain), crosshatch, and others. All patterns are processed to specification on an oil-drawing machine, followed by electroplating and coloring.

3. Color Coated Stainless Steel Sandblasted Sheet

Zirconium bead granules for sandblasting are processed on the surface of stainless steel plates through mechanical equipment, creating a fine bead-like sand surface for a unique decorative effect. Then, electroplating and coloring are applied.

.4 Color Stainless Steel Composite Process Board

According to process requirements, various techniques such as polishing, etching, plating, and sandblasting are combined on a single substrate for process integration. Subsequently, electroplating and coloring are applied.

5. Colorful stainless steel and patterned plate

Whether it's a woven plate or a brushed plate, they all fall under the category of sandblasted plates. The difference lies in the surface finish of these plates, which leads to the varying terminology used.

6. Colorful Stainless Steel Etching Plate
