I. Application:

This product is widely used and suitable for transportation joints of conveyor belts in sites such as metallurgy, chemical industry, metal mines, power plants, ports, and docks.

After carefully reading the technical specifications and manual provided with the machine, and following the correct vulcanization bonding process, the bonded joint strength can reach over 90% of the new belt.

Not only is the joint smooth, nearly indistinguishable from the original belt, but it also reduces wear on the roller and extends the service life of the conveyor and rubber belt.

Two, top and bottom heating plates

Choose high-quality aluminum alloy materials, select Alcoa 7075 high-strength aerospace aluminum plate, meticulously crafted using special processes, featuring:

1. Half the size and weight, low energy consumption, quick heating, with excellent flexibility after heating, providing a tighter bond to the tape than conventional machines.

At 1.5 MPa pressure, the parallel tightness is not greater than 0.03 mm, a feature not commonly available in standard machines.

2. The heating plates provide even heating both at the top and bottom. After 10 minutes in the insulation phase, the temperature difference across the working surface is only ±3℃ to 4℃, exceeding international standards.

3. The time from room temperature to the sulfurization temperature (145℃) is no more than 25 minutes, with power consumption 50% lower than that of domestic and international industries, offering excellent energy-saving effects.

4. Once-formed vulcanized bonding or repair; the bonded area is flat and smooth, with the same tensile strength as the original tape.

5. Heat layer, sandwich heat layer, and integrated as one, featuring a simple structure and easy installation.

III. Water Cooling:

Internally configured with an advanced DC water cooling circulation system within the heating layer. Quickly cools from 145℃ high temperature to 70℃.

Just 5 minutes to accelerate bonding progress, enhance belt joint strength, and maintain belt joints.

Four: Handle

The handle features an SD soft connection, remains cool to the touch during high-temperature operations, has a chrome-plated finish for a shiny and attractive appearance, and is compact and delicate.

V. Water Pressure Plate:

1. The water pressure plate is meticulously crafted using advanced international technology, featuring a unique structure that ensures uniform pressure distribution. It has undergone numerous high-pressure tests.

The hydraulic plate has undergone a 1.875MPa, 30-minute high-pressure test without any leakage, exceeding international standards.

2. The water pressure plate is versatile for both hydraulic and pneumatic usage.

Six: Power line inlet plug

The power input uses a custom five-core integrated flat plug, which overcomes the drawbacks of conventional multi-wire multi-plugs, truly achieving a simplified one-piece wiring system.

7. Fully Automatic Electrical Control Box:

1. The electrical components of the fully automatic electrical control box are sourced from Panasonic Corporation, featuring a liquid crystal digital display for intuitive readings, ensuring high quality and durability.

Digital and indicator display, preset vulcanization time and temperature, the entire vulcanization process is fully automated. The alarm light illuminates, indicating the work is automatically completed.

2. The fully automatic LCD digital temperature control box features exquisite design and compact size, utilizing advanced vertical double-layer waterproof technology.

Dust and waterproof integrated cover, adaptable for operation under harsh external conditions such as sandstorms, heavy rain, and scorching sun.

3. Overload, short circuit, and leakage protection equipped automatic leakage circuit breakers to ensure personal safety.

4. Due to its integrated wiring and automated operation procedures, along with standardized plugs and sockets, this electrical control box is universally compatible with all vulcanizing machines and repair machines in our factory. Standard machines do not possess this feature.
