ANDREAS "Andreas" computer vulcanizing machine, featuring an automatic temperature control with the "Andreas" software system PLC touch screen. Supports remote control of multi-vulcanizing machines via a mobile APP for belt vulcanizing joints (this feature is available only in the high-end customized version, 2-year warranty, lifetime service!) The machine is made of high-strength, lightweight aerospace-grade aluminum alloy, coated with imported multi-color nano materials and treated with environmentally friendly anti-corrosion plastic spraying and special baking technology.
The ANDREAS vulcanizing machine is composed of the following parts: machine frame (beam), heating plate, hydraulic bag, large bolts, clamping device, integrated electric water tank pressure pump, high-pressure water pipes, computer touch screen control box, power cables, and temperature sensors, etc.
1. This series of vulcanizing machines is lightweight with a high-quality lightweight aluminum alloy frame, featuring a compact size for easy handling, transport, assembly, and disassembly. The surface of the separate parts is smooth with no burrs.
2. Technical Core - Computer Control Box, featuring ANDREAS high-tech precise temperature control technology, stable control of vulcanization temperature and insulation time, with touch-adjustable vulcanization temperature and insulation time. Insulation time is automatically timed, stopping automatically upon completion, with an alert signal issued. The computer vulcanizer utilizes a man-machine interface, with a 2D animation demonstration of the vulcanization state, real-time monitoring of the belt vulcanization process, equipped with automatic control, automatic protection, and automatic monitoring functions, accurately completing the belt joint.
Its unique temperature control system features a wire break alarm and emergency stop to prevent vulcanization failure, ensuring secure and reliable bonding.
This computer temperature control box is waterproof, sturdy, lightweight, equipped with a protective cover and handle, and the rubber feet serve as shock absorption and insulation. The control box features overload, short-circuit, and leakage protection functions, utilizing a 24V low-voltage safe circuit for control to ensure personal safety.
3. Heating System. The core heating element is designed in parallel to ensure continuous and successful curing of the belt joint in the event of a local failure, thereby minimizing losses.
Sulfurized plates are flexible when heated and have good thermal conductivity. This machine is equipped with a 5mm thick core heating element, with each independent heating strip precisely calculated for different power levels to ensure even heating.
Heating elements must not be designed in series to avoid local short circuits, which could lead to the discard of joints in the process of curing.
The heating plates on both the top and bottom surfaces of the vulcanization work surface provide uniform heating. After entering the insulation phase, the temperature difference on the work surface is no more than ±2°C, and the heating plate reaches the vulcanization temperature from room temperature within no more than 30 minutes. The working temperature is adjustable from 0 to 300°C. The edges of the heating plates are equipped with external temperature detection holes, allowing for real-time temperature checks with a rod thermometer. The heating plate sockets are fitted with COMIX Kangmix high-quality special insulated rubber sheets.
The vulcanizer insulating board is made of imported poplar faced pressure-resistant insulating material, which is easy to handle and has low maintenance costs.
4. ANDREAS vulcanizing machine cooling method: forced cooling/natural cooling; cooling time: the vulcanizing surface is reduced to ≤60℃ from the vulcanizing surface, with a forced cooling time of about 15 minutes and a natural cooling time of about 280 minutes.
5. ANDREAS computer vulcanizer pressure system features a three-in-one modular design, ensuring uniform pressure distribution during the inflation process.
The pressure system design is simple, with even pressure distribution on the pressure plate, free of any leakage or pressure relief phenomena.
ANDREAS computer vulcanizer's pressure supply system features an integrated portable water tank and electric pressure pump, with the pump motor manufactured using 100% pure copper wire coils.
6. Mechanisms: The clamping mechanisms, such as screws and nuts, are made of high-strength, lightweight, hard alloy steel to ensure construction safety. They are also easy to disassemble and transport, suitable for quick on-site assembly.
7. Power Interface: All power interfaces are designed with HL, COMIX dedicated quick disconnects, utilizing imported HL aviation connectors with self-locking mechanisms for safety, speed, and ease. The secondary power cables are equipped with flame-retardant, integrated 5-core COMIX Komix special yellow mining cables, integrating power supply and all signal cables into a single cable for insulation, waterproofing, and anti-interference protection. Each set includes one main power cable assembly and two output secondary cable assemblies.
8. Water Supply Connections: All water connections use quick-release copper connectors, which are rust-proof, safe, fast, and easy to use.
9. Hoisting Equipment: Heating plates are equipped with easy-to-handle hoisting devices or specialized mechanisms, featuring simple structure, reliability, safety, and high strength.
