I. Usage:

This product is widely used and suitable for transporting joints of conveyor belts in various sites such as metallurgy, chemical industry, metal mines, power plants, ports, and docks.

After carefully reading the technical specifications and manual provided by this machine, and by following the correct vulcanized bonding process, the bonded joint strength can reach over 90% of the new belt.

The joints are not only smooth and almost indistinguishable from the original belt, but also reduce wear on the roller and extend the service life of the conveyor and rubber belt.

1. Half the size and weight, low energy consumption, quick heating, the entire board surface exhibits excellent flexibility after heating, and adheres more tightly to the tape than conventional machines.

Under 1.5 MPa pressure, its parallel tightness does not exceed 0.03 mm, a feature not available in most standard machines.

2. The heating plates ensure even heating at all points, both top and bottom. After 10 minutes in the insulation phase, the temperature difference across the working surface is only ±3℃ to 4℃, exceeding international standards.

3. The time from room temperature to sulfurization temperature (145℃) is no more than 25 minutes, with power consumption half that of the same industry at home and abroad, demonstrating excellent energy-saving effects.

4. Once-formed vulcanized bonding or repair, the bonded area is smooth and glossy with the same tensile strength as the original belt.

5. The heating layer, insulating layer, and sandwich layer are integrated into one, featuring a simple structure and easy installation.

Section 3: Water Cooling

The heating layer is equipped with an internationally advanced DC water cooling circulation system. It quickly cools from a high temperature of 145℃ to 70℃.

In just 5 minutes, accelerate bonding progress, enhance belt joint strength, and maintain belt joints.

The handle features an SD soft connection, remains cool to the touch during high-temperature operations, and has a chrome-plated finish for a shiny and aesthetically pleasing, compact design.

2. The fully automatic LCD digital temperature control box features exquisite and compact design, utilizing advanced vertical double-layer waterproof technology.

Dust and waterproof integrated cover, suitable for operation under harsh weather conditions such as sandstorms, heavy rain, and scorching sun.

3. Overload, short-circuit, and leakage protection circuit breakers with automatic trip features to ensure personal safety.

4. Due to the integrated circuit design, automated operation procedures, and uniform plug and socket types, this electrical control box is compatible with all vulcanizing machines and repair machines in our factory, a feature not available in standard machines.
