Usage:

Power plants, mining, steel mills, ports, and petrochemical plants use the stripping machine series for securing and cleaning the adhesive layer on the leading edge of the conveyor belt during joint preparation.

This operation can be used in various settings and locations.

Usage Instructions:

1. Align the conveyor belt centerline as per standard procedures, then cut and separate the first layer at the corresponding joint.

2. Place the conveyor belt peeling machine in the proper position and secure it with steel wire ropes.

3. Power on.

4. Clamp the first layer apart with a fixture, start the motor, and use a blade to score the剥离part at the appropriate location.

5. After the first layer is peeled off, repeat the above steps to peel off the second, third layers, etc.
