PVC Water Cooling Vulcanizing Machine

The design concept for the VC water-cooled hot stamping machine is: constructed entirely of stainless steel, featuring upper and lower molds with dual air bags and laser silicone electric heating plates, and an internal direct cooling system.

There are also overseas intelligent temperature-sensing data displays and controllers. The upper and lower molds of the machine are heated simultaneously, reaching 180℃ in 20-30 minutes.

After the machine stops heating, it takes 3-5 minutes to cool from 180°C to 60°C. The time required for heating and cooling depends on the belt material and the thickness of the belt being joined.

No unified standards; the temperature difference between the upper and lower molds of the hot press at the same level is less than 3℃, and the temperature accuracy difference is less than 2℃, fully meeting the process requirements for PVC conveyor belt joints.
