Domestic Lightweight Vertical Tear Repair Tool

Installation Instructions:

① Conduct rubber filling treatment on damaged areas requiring repair (refer to the filling section in the tape joint vulcanization process, or have the factory service personnel demonstrate during equipment debugging).

② Place the lower frame underneath the repair area (evenly spaced), on the frame, position the water pressure plate under the tape, and the lower heating plate directly above the repair area.

③ Place a heating plate, an insulating board, and then the upper machine frame directly below the repair area, aligning it with the lower machine frame.

④ Install the handle, washer, and nut and tighten securely.

⑤ Connect the control box to the power source with a primary wire, and connect the heating plate to the control box with a secondary wire. Ensure the connections match the labels on the control box.

⑥ Connect the pump to the water pressure plate with a high-pressure hose, turn on the electric control box, and fill the water pressure plate with water to the vulcanization pressure.
